Examples of European Employees in a sentence
In accordance with "The Employees Acquired Rights Directive" (EU Directive 77/187 of February 14, 1977 as implemented in each of the relevant member states), all employment agreements with employees employed by Seller in connection with the business and listed in Schedule 7.8 hereto (the "European Employees") shall be automatically transferred to the Buyer on the date of Closing by operation of law.
Each European Employee shall, as from the Closing Date be employed by the Buyer under the terms and conditions applicable to such employee just prior to the date of Closing and each European Employee's seniority rights shall, for all purposes, be honored by the Buyer.
