EV Chargers definition

EV Chargers means the Level 2 Chargers installed on the Leased Premises by the Tenant.
EV Chargers means chargers operated by City Energy and/or its business partners which can be used to recharge compatible electric vehicles.
EV Chargers means the Ultra DCFC Chargers installed on the Leased Premises by the Tenant.

  • CEV shall be responsible for maintaining the EV Chargers and Host shall not have any liability for damage to the EV Chargers unless such damage is caused by Host’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.
