Evaluation Products definition

Evaluation Products means those Products which are provided by F5 for evaluation use only as described in Section 3.10. "F5 Channel Partner Policies and Procedures" means the documents, policies and procedures posted to F5 Partner Central (as defined below) as may be updated from time to time by F5.

Evaluation Products means a not-for-resale version of the Products which a Channel Partner and/or End- User may use for demonstration, evaluation, or proof of concept purposes and must be returned to NetAlly after the applicable evaluation has been completed.

Evaluation Products has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

• We will post any such modifications via electronic notification through the Evaluation Products.

• Further, Evaluation Participant has no obligation or commitment to continue to use, purchase, or license any product, item, or service from Office Ally during or after the termination or expiration of this Agreement, including the Evaluation Products subject to this Agreement.

• Office Ally retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Evaluation Products and all improvements, enhancements, and modifications thereto, and derivative works thereof including, without limitation, all Intellectual Property Rights.

Evaluation Products means, the Riverbed products, listed on the Evaluation Confirmation that are provided to Company for evaluation hereunder, including, the Hardware, Software, Cloud Services and all Documentation associated therewith.

Evaluation Products means the Software Development Tools and Documentation provided by Cadence to Licensee under this Agreement.

Evaluation Products means the Entrust Hardware and/or Entrust Software listed in the Order; cloud-based, as a service, managed products or services, and APIs/software development kits (SDKs) are excluded from the scope of these Evaluation Terms.

Evaluation Products means Evaluation Software and/or Evaluation Services obtained by Customer hereunder.
