Examples of Event of Withdrawal of a Member in a sentence
If the Company is to be dissolved, terminated, and liquidated because of the occurrence of an Event of Withdrawal of a Member, the Withdrawing Member shall have no vote with respect to any Company matter, and shall not participate in any management decisions arising after the occurrence of an Event of Withdrawal.
An Event of Withdrawal of a Member occurs upon [a] such Member's resignation from the Company, [b] such Member's Bankruptcy or [c] the occurrence of any other event which terminates the continued membership of such Member in the Company (including the dissolution of that Member).
