Examples of Event of Withdrawal of a Member in a sentence
An Event of Withdrawal of a Member occurs upon [a] such Member's resignation from the Company, [b] such Member's Bankruptcy or [c] the occurrence of any other event which terminates the continued membership of such Member in the Company (including the dissolution of that Member).
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 14(b) hereof, the occurrence of an Event of Withdrawal of a Member shall not dissolve the Company if within ninety (90) days after the occurrence of such event of withdrawal the business of the Company is continued by the agreement of all remaining Members.
