Event of Withdrawal of a Member definition

Event of Withdrawal of a Member means the death, retirement, resignation, expulsion, bankruptcy or dissolution of a Member, the transfer or attempted transfer by a Member of all or any portion of its interest in the Company, or the occurrence of any other event that terminates the continued membership of a Member in the Company.
Event of Withdrawal of a Member means the death, insanity, retirement, resignation, expulsion, bankruptcy or dissolution of a Member or the occurrence of any other event that terminates the continued membership of a Member in the Company.

Examples of Event of Withdrawal of a Member in a sentence

  • An Event of Withdrawal of a Member occurs upon [a] such Member's resignation from the Company, [b] such Member's Bankruptcy or [c] the occurrence of any other event which terminates the continued membership of such Member in the Company (including the dissolution of that Member).

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 14(b) hereof, the occurrence of an Event of Withdrawal of a Member shall not dissolve the Company if within ninety (90) days after the occurrence of such event of withdrawal the business of the Company is continued by the agreement of all remaining Members.

Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility that connects the Transmission System with another control area. Withdrawals scheduled using Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights have rights similar to those under Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service.

  • of a Member means the salary corresponding in any given year to a full-time appointment at the member's rank and step, as set out for that year in Schedule A.

  • Final Withdrawal Has the meaning specified in the Escrow Agreement.

  • Event of dissociation means any of the events listed in Section 8.1 upon which the Member ceases to be a Member.

  • Cash Withdrawal means a disbursement of funds in any currency from any Account out of the balance in your favour (whether or not in the form of cash) made or obtained through or in connection with any Citibank ATM/ Debit Card.
