Event Parameters definition

Event Parameters has the meaning, for Demand Response Projects only, set forth in Section 1.03(c) of Attachment 1.
Event Parameters means the East and Gulf Coast Hurricane Event Parameters, European Windstorm Event Parameters and California Earthquake Event Parameters, as the case may be.
Event Parameters has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(a).

  • COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place”, “stay at home”, workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure or sequester order, guideline, recommendation or Law, or any other applicable Laws, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Entity in connection with or in response to COVID-19.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.
