Events Center definition

Events Center. – means any combination of buildings, permanent or temporary structures, and land offered commercially to let as a venue for temporary events and mass gatherings of people. Examples include party venues, convention centers, fairgrounds, and indoor and outdoor exhibitions.
Events Center means the Casper Events Center located at 1 Events Drive, Casper, Wyoming 82601-1380.
Events Center means the ground and all other property owned, leased, used or controlled by the County located at 796 W. 13th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon, including but not limited to the Convention Center, Administration Building, Auditorium, the Wheeler Pavilion, Exposition Halls, Livestock Building, Lane County Ice, and various other buildings and related structures.

  • Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Management, its subcontractors and the Iowa Events Center from and against any damages or losses whatsoever related in any manner to flammable material introduced by Exhibitor.

  • Only after obtaining the Department’s written consent or upon execution of this Agreement may Client circulate or publish or cause to be circulated or published any advertisement, tickets, placard, or other written or printed matter in which the Department, Austin Convention Center or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Events Center, or other Department Facilities are mentioned or referred to.

  • The policy must state that the event will be held at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Creek Lodge Dayton Community Events Center located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇.

  • Exhibitor is liable for, and shall indemnify and hold the Management, its subcontractors and the Iowa Events Center harmless with respect to any damage caused by fastening displays or fixtures to the building floors or walls or to the standard booth equipment, or for damages caused in any other manner.

Events Center means the approximately 19,000 square foot, 500-seat events center to be located on the A Block Project Site and financed through the issuance of the Bonds.
