  • Security guards will be employed by the Management for the duration of IPC Trade Show, but neither the Management, its subcontractors nor the Iowa Events Center will be responsible for property damage, or loss by or for any cause, and the Exhibitor, on behalf of itself and its employees, agents, contractors and invitees, hereby waives any right to claim liability against the Management for the same.

  • Forklift service may be available for hire from the Kitsap County Fairgrounds and Events Center.

  • The terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, except as modified by the terms of Article 8, Section d, shall apply to the Xxxxxxx Student Events Center.

  • Area of shallow flooding means a designated AO or AH Zone on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) with one percent or greater annual chance of flooding to an average depth of one to three feet where a clearly defined channel does not exist, where the path of flooding is unpredictable and indeterminate; and where velocity flow may be evident. Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.

  • Existing Building means a building that (a) was in existence and completely constructed on the date that the Applicant first submitted its Application, or (b) in respect of which the IESO has, in its sole and absolute discretion, issued a written confirmation that the building will be deemed an Existing Building for the purposes of the definition of Rooftop Facility.

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions).   • Emergency Repairs means repairs to a utility facility located in or adjacent to a primary city street that must be performed immediately when the necessity arises to safeguard life or property or maintain continued operation of the facility.
