Events Center definition

Events Center means the Casper Events Center located at 1 Events Drive, Casper, Wyoming 82601-1380.
Events Center. – means any combination of buildings, permanent or temporary structures, and land offered commercially to let as a venue for temporary events and mass gatherings of people. Examples include party venues, convention centers, fairgrounds, and indoor and outdoor exhibitions.
Events Center means the Prescott Valley Convention and Events Center, aka “Tim’s Toyota Center,” which is the 5100 fixed-seat multipurpose arena in Prescott Valley, Arizona, and related improvements, constructed through the use of Bond proceeds. The Events Center may also be referred to herein as the “PVCEC.”

Events Center means the ground and all other property owned, leased, used or controlled by the County located at 796 W. 13th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon, including but not limited to the Convention Center, Administration Building, Auditorium, the Wheeler Pavilion, Exposition Halls, Livestock Building, Arena, and various other buildings and related structures. In calculating the "Rentable Square Feet" of the Premises or the Building, the area contained within the exterior walls of the Building stairs, fire towers, vertical ducts, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks and major pipe shafts will be excluded.

  • Containment building means a hazardous waste management unit that is used to store or treat hazardous waste pursuant to the provisions of Subpart DD of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 724 and Subpart DD of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 725.

  • Area of shallow flooding means a designated AO or AH Zone on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) with one percent or greater annual chance of flooding to an average depth of one to three feet where a clearly defined channel does not exist, where the path of flooding is unpredictable and indeterminate; and where velocity flow may be evident. Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.

  • Total Floor Area means, the sum total of the total areas of all floors in a building or structure whether at above or below grade measured between the exterior faces of the exterior walls of the building or structure or from the centre line of a common wall separating two uses or from the outside edge of a floor where the outside edge of the floor does not meet an exterior or common wall, and;

  • Existing Building means a building that (a) was in existence and completely constructed on the date that the Applicant first submitted its Application, or (b) in respect of which the IESO has, in its sole and absolute discretion, issued a written confirmation that the building will be deemed an Existing Building for the purposes of the definition of Rooftop Facility.

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.

  • Emergency Repairs means repairs to a utility facility located in or adjacent to a primary city street that must be performed immediately when the necessity arises to safeguard life or property or maintain continued operation of the facility.

  • Exterior container means a MIL-STD-129 defined container, bundle, or assembly that is sufficient by reason of material, design, and construction to protect unit packs and intermediate containers and their contents during shipment and storage. It can be a unit pack or a container with a combination of unit packs or intermediate containers. An exterior container may or may not be used as a shipping container.

  • Addition (to an existing building means an extension or increase in the floor area or height of a building or structure.
