Evidence of Financing definition

Evidence of Financing is defined in Section 408.1 of this Agreement. “Exceptions” is defined in Section 304.5 of this Agreement.

  • If City shall disapprove any such Preliminary Evidence of Financing, City shall do so by Notice to Developer stating the reasons for such disapproval and Developer shall endeavor to promptly obtain and submit to City new Preliminary Evidence of Financing.

  • UCC Financing Statements means collectively the Lender Financing Statements and the Lessor Financing Statements.

  • Borrower Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Borrower and the Agent.

  • UCC Financing Statement A financing statement filed, or to be filed, pursuant to the UCC.

  • Auto-Reinstatement Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iv).

  • Intercompany Loan Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Disbursement Letter means an instructional letter executed and delivered by Borrower to Agent regarding the extensions of credit to be made on the Closing Date, the form and substance of which is satisfactory to Agent.
