Examiner Order definition

Examiner Order means the Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part Motion to Appoint Examiner, dated March 12, 2015 (Dkt. No. 675).
Examiner Order means the "Agreed Order Directing the Appointment of an Examiner" entered in the Chapter 11 Cases on April 20, 2010 at Docket No. 4120.
