Excess Available Principal Amounts definition

Excess Available Principal Amounts means, with respect to any Business Day, either (i) the sum of (A) the portion of Series 2016-1 Available Principal Amounts, if any, available after application pursuant to Section 3.02(a)(i) through (vi), plus (B) the amounts withdrawn from the Series 2016-1 Principal Funding Account pursuant to Section 3.13 and treated as “Excess Available Principal Amounts,” or (ii) the amounts available to the Series 2016-1 Notes from the Notes of other Series in Principal Sharing Group One that the applicable Indenture Supplements specify are to be treated as “Excess Available Principal Amounts” on the related Business Day.
Excess Available Principal Amounts means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of all Shared Excess Available Principal Amounts for all Series of Notes that are not required for payment or deposit into an account under the Indenture Supplement for any Series on such Payment Date.

  • Any Shared Excess Available Principal Amounts allocable to the WFCardSeries will be treated as WFCardSeries Available Principal Amounts for any Transfer Date.

  • On each Transfer Date, commencing after the Issuance Date, if Series 2010-1 Available Principal Amounts are insufficient to make the allocations provided in Sections 3.02(a)(i) through (iv) and (vi) above, the Indenture Trustee shall allocate Excess Available Principal Amounts, if any, allocated to Series 2010-1 pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Indenture to cover the Series Available Principal Amounts Shortfall.

Related to Excess Available Principal Amounts

  • Applicable Principal Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Senior Notes that are components of Corporate Units.

  • Attributable Principal Amount means (a) in the case of capital leases, the amount of capital lease obligations determined in accordance with GAAP, (b) in the case of Synthetic Leases, an amount determined by capitalization of the remaining lease payments thereunder as if it were a capital lease determined in accordance with GAAP, (c) in the case of Securitization Transactions, the outstanding principal amount of such financing, after taking into account reserve amounts and making appropriate adjustments, determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable judgment and (d) in the case of Sale and Leaseback Transactions, the present value (discounted in accordance with GAAP at the debt rate implied in the applicable lease) of the obligations of the lessee for rental payments during the term of such lease).

  • Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount means the aggregate principal amount of each series of Bonds issued and Outstanding from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance, as reflected in the records maintained by the Registrar as provided in this Ordinance.

  • Aggregate Principal Amount means, as of any date of calculation, the principal amount or Accreted Value of the Bonds referred to.
