Excess Concentration Balances definition

Excess Concentration Balances means, on any day with respect to any Obligor, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate Unpaid Balances of Eligible Receivables it owes, over (b) the result of (i) the Adjusted Eligible Receivables multiplied by (ii) the Concentration Percentage for such Obligor.
Excess Concentration Balances means, on any day, the portion of the aggregate Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables owing from an Obligor and its Affiliates (considered as if they were a single Obligor) as shown on the most recent Monthly Report, which exceeds the applicable Concentration Limit or Special Concentration Limit.
Excess Concentration Balances means the sum of Excess Concentration Balance (Canadian Obligors), Excess Concentration Balance (Non-TWRI Receivables) and Excess Concentration Balance (Legacy Eagle Crest Receivables).

  • Second, determine an amount (the "Class A Step Two Amount") equal to the aggregate Unpaid Balance of Eligible Receivables owed by such Obligor that are included in the Class A Incremental Concentration Balance, the Class B Incremental Concentration Balance or the Class C Excess Concentration Balances (after taking into account the First step above).

More Definitions of Excess Concentration Balances

Excess Concentration Balances means the aggregate Outstanding Balances of Eligible Receivables due from each Specified Obligor and, without duplication, its consolidated Affiliates to Victxx xx any Seller which, expressed as a percentage of the aggregate Outstanding Balances of all Eligible Receivables, exceeds the applicable Excess Concentration Percentage.
Excess Concentration Balances means at any time the amount (if any) by which the aggregate Outstanding Balance of the Eligible Receivables of all Obligors which are (i) natural persons resident in Canada or (ii) business organizations organized under the laws of Canada or any jurisdiction therein or which have their chief executive office in Canada or any jurisdiction therein exceeds 10.0% of the aggregate Capital of all Purchaser Interests.
Excess Concentration Balances means, at any time the aggregate, with respect to any Obligor, of the amounts, if any, by which the aggregate Outstanding Balance of the Eligible Receivables of such Obligor and its Affiliates (other than Eligible Receivables previously designated as Excess Concentration Receivables) exceeds the Concentration Limit (or, if applicable, a Special Concentration Limit) for such Obligor.
Excess Concentration Balances means for any Obligor and its Consolidated Affiliates, the aggregate outstanding balances of Eligible Accounts Receivables due from such Obligor and, without duplication, its Consolidated Affiliates which, expressed as a percentage of the aggregate outstanding balances of all Eligible Receivables, exceeds the following percentages for the following Obligors:

  • Excess Concentration means the sum of the following amounts, without duplication:

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, on any date of determination, the sum of, without duplication,

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group AA Obligor, 30.00%, (ii) for any Group A Obligor, 17.50%, (iii) for any Group B Obligor, 15.00%, (iv) for any Group C Obligor, 12.50% and (v) for any Group D Obligor, 7.50%.

  • Obligor Concentration Limit At any time, in relation to the aggregate Unpaid Balance of Receivables owed by any single Obligor and its Affiliated obligors (if any):

  • Concentration Limit means at any time for any Obligor, the product of (i) such Obligor’s Specified Concentration Percentage, times (ii) the aggregate Unpaid Balance of the Eligible Receivables included in the Receivables Pool at the time of determination.

  • Overconcentration Amount means as of any date of calculation of the Effective Leverage Ratio for the Fund, an amount equal to the sum of (without duplication):

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

  • Concentration Limitations has the meaning set forth in Schedule 4.

  • Concentration Limits means, as of any date of determination prior to (x) the Commitment Termination Date with respect to all items below and (y) the Final Maturity Date with respect to the concentration limit set forth in clause (c) below, for purposes of determining the Excess Concentration Amount and the Borrowing Base, the concentration limitations set forth below:

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.

  • Aggregate Loan Group Balance As to any Loan Group and as of any date of determination, will be equal to the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group, except as otherwise provided, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • Excess Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.8(a)(xv) of the Indenture.

  • Net Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables (other than Defaulted Receivables) of the Issuer on such date.

  • Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the largest of: (a) the sum of the five (5) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group D Obligors, (b) the sum of the three (3) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group C Obligors, (c) the sum of the two (2) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group B Obligors and (d) the largest Obligor Percentage of the Group A Obligors.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Aggregate Overcollateralization Release Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for each Mortgage Pool for such Distribution Date and (y) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Overcollateralization Amount for such date, calculated for this purpose on the basis of the assumption that 100% of the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for such Distribution Date is applied on such date in reduction of the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates, exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.
