Excess or Extended Services means those Works and Services in respect of:

• The Developer will pay all Construction Costs for the Excess or Extended Services as required.

More Definitions of Excess or Extended Services

Excess or Extended Services means those works and services which provide access to or serve land other than the land being subdivided or developed;

Appendix C, of a portion of a: (i) Highway system required to be constructed and installed by the owner that will provide access to lands other than the lands, or (ii) water, sewage, or drainage system constructed and installed by the owner that will serve land other than the lands;
