Examples of Excess or Extended Services in a sentence
The Village may require that the Owner of land being Subdivided or Developed provide Excess or Extended Services, and in that case the design of the Highway, Sanitary Sewer, Water, or Storm Drainage Collection System must be adequate to provide service to the Benefitting Land.
For the purposes of section 509(4) of the Local Government Act, Latecomer Charges shall include interest, calculated annually at the rate of 3%, from the completion of the Excess or Extended Services to the date that the connection is made or the use begins.
An Owner of land being Subdivided or Developed may be required to provide Excess or Extended Services to land other than the land being Developed in accordance with section 939 of the Local Government Act.
This policy applies to Excess or Extended Services required as part of the subdivision or development approval process and to the extension of Works and Services.
