Sanitary Services. The Contractor shall provide toilet and other sanitary facilities for the use of its employees on the project, in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Labor Law and in accordance with all other applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, energy, water, heating and all other services necessary to maintain these facilities in a clean and sanitary condition. Toilets and other sanitary facilities shall be connected to sewers. After completion of the Work, or when directed, any temporary toilet or other sanitary facilities shall be completely removed by the Contractor, at its sole cost and expense.

Sanitary Services. 6.1 Rubbish must be handled as prescribed in the regulations of the local authority responsible for Kingshurst, e.g. broken glass must be wrapped in a double layer of newspaper. 6.2 No rubbish or refuse may be left on any portion of the property, except in the area set aside for the rubbish bins, and then only if the rubbish is properly bagged in a plastic bag and deposited in the municipal containers provided. 6.3 Occupants and their domestic staff are advised and urged to partake in the rubbish recycling project by sorting those items of rubbish that can be recycled, by placing the sorted items in the different containers provided in the rubbish bins area. Residents must acquaint themselves with the prescripts for this recycling project and must adhere thereto and inform their staff accordingly.
Sanitary Services. 4.1. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the Owner shall submit servicing plans for approval and, at its own expense, construct such sanitary services as may be required to service the approved development. 4.2. Any alteration or improvements to any existing sanitary service will be at the Owner’s expense and subject to approval of the Director of Operations. 4.3. All underground servicing must be approved and inspected by the Town. Inspections shall include a closed-circuit television (CCTV) recording of the installed sanitary sewers for its entire length, to the satisfaction of the Director of Operations. 4.4. The Owner shall, at its own expense, conduct mandrel testing on all sanitary sewer systems which have been constructed by or on behalf of the Owner using flexible piping, to the satisfaction of the Director of Operations. 4.5. The Owner agrees to, at its own expense, repair, forever maintain, and, where necessary, replace any sanitary sewer system located on the Lands. 4.6. That where the sanitary sewer system has not been maintained, the Director of Operations or their designate may enter upon the lands after reasonable notice having been given to the Owner, and affect such repairs as are deemed necessary and recover the costs thereof by action or in like manner as municipal taxes.
Sanitary Services. .1 The Contractor shall provide and maintain sanitary facilities for the use of workers at locations specified by the Departmental Representative. Provision of sanitary facilities shall meet requirements of provincial government and municipal statutes and authorities.

That where the sanitary sewer system has not been maintained, the Director of Operations, Region of Niagara or their designate may enter upon the lands after reasonable notice having been given to the Owner, and affect such repairs as are deemed necessary and recover the costs thereof by action or in like manner as municipal taxes.

Sanitary Services. 4.1 Rubbish bins may not be visible from the common property, as defined in the contract to which this annexure is annexed, other than at a specific place designated for such bins by the close corporation or management association. 4.2 Rubbish may not be handled contrary to the regulations of the local authority responsible for Kingshurst Retirement Apartments, eg broken glass must be wrapped in a double layer of newspaper. 4.3 No rubbish or refuse may be left on any portion of the common property, as defined in the contract to which this annexure is annexed, or elsewhere where it will be visible from the common property, whether in a container or not, except for the days on which collection takes place (excluding public holidays) before 08h00. Refuse may only be left outside for collection early in the morning and must be in proper containers. A black bin and black plastic bags must be provided in each drying yard. 4.4 Should occupants, as defined in the contract to which this annexure is annexed, or their domestic staff take refuse directly to the refuse removal areas, such refuse must be deposited in the municipal containers provided.
