Excess Principal Amounts definition

Excess Principal Amounts means, with respect to Series 2016-A, for any Payment Date, (i) during the Revolving Period, the Series 2016-A Investor Available Principal Amounts for the Collection Period related to such Payment Date, and (ii) during the Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the excess, if any, of (a) the Series 2016-A Investor Available Principal Amounts for the Collection Period related to such Payment Date over (b) the full amount required to be paid or deposited, without duplication, pursuant to clause (i) of Section 4.04(d) or clause (i) of Section 4.04(e) on such Payment Date.
Excess Principal Amounts means, with respect to Series 2012-B, for any Payment Date, (i) during the Revolving Period, the Series 2012-B Investor Available Principal Amounts for such Payment Date, and (ii) during the Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the excess, if any, of (a) the Series 2012-B Investor Available Principal Amounts for such Payment Date over (b) the full amount required to be paid or deposited, without duplication, pursuant to clause (i) of Section 4.04(d) or clause (i) of Section 4.04(e) on such Payment Date.
Excess Principal Amounts means, with respect to Series 2019-B, for any Payment Date, (i) during the Revolving Period, the Series 2019-B Investor Available Principal Amounts for the Collection Period related to such Payment Date remaining after application of Series 2019-B Investor Available Principal Amounts pursuant to clause (i) of Section 4.04(c), and (ii) during the Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the excess, if any, of (a) the Series 2019-B Investor Available Principal Amounts for the Collection Period related to such Payment Date over (b) the full amount required to be paid or deposited, without duplication, pursuant to clause (i) of Section 4.04(d) or clause (i) of Section 4.04(e) on such Payment Date.
