Excess Usage Charges definition

Excess Usage Charges means the fees payable for Internet Usage over and above the Monthly Usage Allowance as specified in the Billing Policy or Pricing Schedule. Facility means the equipment, infrastructure and or devices that are not any part of Your Equipment by which the Service is provided to you.
Excess Usage Charges means the excess charges for usage in excess of that permitted under an Agreement, as set out in a Rental Agreement Schedule under the headings “Standard Mileage or Tyre Wear Allowances” and “Fridge Engine Hours Allowance”,

Examples of Excess Usage Charges in a sentence

  • All Traffic used in the previous 30 days will count towards the Monthly Usage Allowance applicable to the varied Service for the purposes of determining whether Excess Usage Charges are payable.

  • If at any time any payment by a User of Excess Usage Charges is refunded by CVF to such User (e.g., because estimated meter readings were too high) or if such payment is rescinded or must otherwise be returned by CVF upon the insolvency, bankruptcy, or reorganization of such User or if any User payment is returned unpaid by the bank, Manufacturer shall return to CVF any amounts paid to Manufacturer by CVF out of such refunded, rescinded or returned payment.

  • The First Fix Scheme and the Excess Use Charges are linked as fixing leaks may facilitate customers’ water consumption falling below the household annual allowance, and therefore avoiding the Excess Use Charge.Since any customer is potentially liable for Excess Usage Charges, based on their consumption, it is appropriate to ensure that the First Fix Free Scheme is widely available.

Related to Excess Usage Charges

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Non-Usage Fee The meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Delinquency Amount means, as of any Distribution Date, the Principal Balance of all Contracts that were delinquent 60 days or more as of the end of the related Due Period (including Contracts in respect of which the related Motorcycles have been repossessed and are still in inventory).

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Net Finance Charges means, for the Reference Period, the Finance Charges according to the latest Financial Report(s), after deducting any interest payable for that Reference Period to any member of the Group and any interest income relating to cash or cash equivalent investment.

  • Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).

  • Imbalance Charges means any fees, penalties, costs or charges (in cash or in kind) assessed by a Transporter for failure to satisfy the Transporter’s balance and/or nomination requirements.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Net Monthly Excess Cash Flow For any Distribution Date the amount remaining for distribution pursuant to subsection 4.02(a)(iii) (before giving effect to distributions pursuant to such subsection).

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Available Income means the Up-MACRO Available Income or the Down-MACRO Available Income, as applicable.

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Net Monthly Excess Cashflow With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the excess of (x) Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class A Certificates and (C) the Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, incurred by Customer for Services provided under this Agreement, excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international access that is passed-through (Type 3/PTT) or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by a Cybertrust Security Service Provider listed in the Guide, and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Date means the date occurring 90 days after the last day of a fiscal year of the Parent (commencing with its fiscal year ending December 31, 2000).

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Breakage Costs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3(h) hereof.

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Period means, with respect to the repayment required on each Excess Cash Flow Payment Date, the immediately preceding fiscal year of the Borrower.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.

  • Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the amount, if any, by which the Portfolio Yield for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • AMPS Basic Maintenance Amount, as of any Valuation Date, means the dollar amount equal to (i) the sum of (A) the product of the number of shares of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding on such Valuation Date multiplied by the sum of (a) $25,000 and (b) any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period; (B) the aggregate amount of cash dividends (whether or not earned or declared) that will have accumulated for each share of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding, in each case, to (but not including) the end of the current Dividend Period that follows such Valuation Date in the event the then current Dividend Period will end within 49 calendar days of such Valuation Date or

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.
