Examples of Exchange Closing Day in a sentence
On or prior to the Exchange Closing Day, (i) each Existing Series A Holder shall have received payment in cash of all accrued and unpaid interest on the Existing Series A Note(s) held by it to the Exchange Closing Day and (ii) each Existing Series B Holder shall have received payment in cash of all accrued and unpaid interest on the Existing Series B Note(s) held by it to the Exchange Closing Day.
