Exchange Common definition

Exchange Common means the shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion of the Company’s Series B Preferred Stock issued pursuant to the Series B Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement dated as of January 18, 2001 and the Company’s Series C Preferred Stock issued pursuant to the Series C Preferred Stock Purchase Agreement dated as of January 23, 2004.
Exchange Common means those shares of Common Stock issued in --------------- the Exchange and any securities of the Company or its successors issued or issuable with respect to such shares of Common Stock, whether by way of conversion, exchange, dividend or stock split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization or otherwise.
