Exchange Notes Indenture definition

Exchange Notes Indenture means an indenture, in the form negotiated and agreed pursuant to Section 10.02, to be entered into by Borrower, the Guarantors, the trustee thereunder and, if applicable, the collateral agent, governing and pursuant to which the Exchange Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, replaced, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time.
Exchange Notes Indenture means an indenture between the Company and the Exchange Notes Trustee, identical in all material respects to the Indenture (except that paragraph 2 of, and the transfer restrictions on, the Notes will be eliminated).
Exchange Notes Indenture shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.13 of the Indenture and Servicing Agreement.

Exchange Notes Indenture means the indenture to be entered into relating to the Exchange Notes, with terms and conditions consistent with those set forth on Exhibit D and otherwise in form reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower and the Arrangers.
