Exchange Option Election definition

Exchange Option Election means an election by a prospective purchaser of Units to use the Exchange Option.
Exchange Option Election means an election to purchase Units or Class A Shares of the Company by using the Exchange Option.
Exchange Option Election. ’ means an election to proceed with the Exchange Option in respect of Eligible Securities of one or more of the Exchange Issuers held by a prospective purchaser by means of a book-entry deposit through CDS.
