Exchange Ratios definition

Exchange Ratios means, collectively, the Series A Exchange Ratio, the Series B Exchange Ratio, the Series C Exchange Ratio, and the Series C-1 Exchange Ratio.

Exchange Ratios shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 1.3(a).
