Exchange Settlement Date means the date specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Supplemental Trust Deed or, if such date is not a day on which the Clearing System is open for business, the next following day that is;

More Definitions of Exchange Settlement Date

Exchange Settlement Date. ’ means the day on which Newly Issued Shares are transferred or delivered to a Bondholder pursuant to Condition 4 (Exchange Right), which shall not be later than 15 Trading Business Days after the relevant Exchange Date;
