Exchange Threshold definition

Exchange Threshold has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a) of this Agreement.
Exchange Threshold means an amount equal to the lesser of (i) $15,000,000 and (ii) 2.0% of the Aggregate Collateral Value as of such Determination Date.
