Exchangeable Note Trustee definition

Exchangeable Note Trustee means Wilmington Trust, National Association, in its capacity as trustee under the Exchangeable Note Indenture.
Exchangeable Note Trustee means the Trustee, as defined in the Exchangeable Notes Indenture.

Related to Exchangeable Note Trustee

  • Exchangeable Notes means the Class M-2A and Class M-2B Notes of the Xxxxxxx Mac STACR® Debt Notes, Series 2018-DNA1, which may be transferred only on the book-entry system operated by DTC or its successor, or under certain limited circumstances, in registered, certificated form, as provided in the Global Agency Agreement.

  • Note Trustee means the Person identified as the “Trustee” in the Indenture, solely in its capacity as Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor Trustee appointed as provided in the Indenture.

  • Exchangeable Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class C Trustee Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Class B Trustee Class C Certificate", "Class C Certificateholder", "Class C Trust", "Class C Trustee", "Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • 2013 Notes means the 4.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 and the 5.950% Senior Secured Notes due 2043 issued by the Issuer on March 18, 2013.

  • Exchangeable Securities means any securities of any trust, limited partnership or corporation other than the Trust that are convertible or exchangeable directly for Units without the payment of additional consideration therefore;

  • Senior Secured Notes Trustee means U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as successor in interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee under the Senior Secured Notes Indenture.

  • Debenture Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee under the Indenture until a successor is appointed thereunder, and thereafter means such successor trustee.

  • DTC Notes means Notes cleared, settled and maintained on the DTC System, registered in the name of a nominee of DTC. All of the Notes will be DTC Notes at issuance.

  • NIM Trustee The trustee for the NIM Securities.

  • Registered Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Note is registered on the Note Register on the applicable Record Date.

  • Trust Notes As defined in the Introductory Statement.

  • Exchangeable Shares means the exchangeable shares in the capital of the Company, having the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set forth herein;

  • Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as supplemental interest trust trustee, and any successor thereto.

  • Definitive Trust Certificates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Co-Trustee has the meaning set forth in the Basic Servicing Agreement.

  • Class D Noteholders means the holders of any Class D Notes from time to time.

  • Common Depositary Notes means Notes that are deposited with a Common Depositary and that will clear and settle through the systems operated by Euroclear, Clearstream and/or any such other applicable clearing system other than DTC.

  • Note Registrar shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).

  • New Securities Trustee means a bank or trust company reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Purchasers, as trustee with respect to the New Securities under the New Securities Indenture.

  • Class A Trustee means the trustee for the Class A Pass Through Trust.

  • Trust Common Securities means the securities representing common undivided beneficial interests in the assets of the Trust.

  • Initial Noteholders shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Senior Notes Trustee means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, together with its permitted successors and assigns.

  • Debenture Issuer means the Parent in its capacity as the issuer of the Debentures under the Indenture.
