Exchangeable Notes Trustee definition

Exchangeable Notes Trustee means the then acting trustee under the Exchangeable Indenture.
Exchangeable Notes Trustee means GLAS Trust Company LLC, as trustee under the Exchangeable Notes Indenture, together with its successors and permitted assigns and in such capacity.
Exchangeable Notes Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee under the Exchangeable Notes Indenture, or any successor thereto.
