Excluded Benefit Plan definition

Excluded Benefit Plan has the meaning given to such term in the Contribution and Distribution Agreement.
Excluded Benefit Plan means any Company Benefit Plan that is (a) an incentive, commission, bonus, or similar program, (b) a qualified employee stock purchase program, or (c) a management stock purchase plan.
Excluded Benefit Plan has the meaning specified in Section 11.2(1).
