Excluded Trademarks definition

Excluded Trademarks means the individual Trademark registrations (or applications for registrations) for the Core Trademark used either (a) in combination with an immaterial logo, design, word, slogan or other additional element or (b) in connection with immaterial goods and services, including each of the Trademark registrations and applications for registrations specified on Schedule 1.01(F).

Excluded Trademarks means, whether registered or unregistered, all trademarks, trade dress, service marks, service names, brand marks, trade names, brand names, logos, business symbols, slogans or other designations of origin and all registrations, registration applications and rights relating thereto, other than the trademarks included in the Transferred Intellectual Property.

Excluded Trademarks the copyright registrations owned by Boise Cascade Company, as of the date hereof that are set forth on Schedule 4.13 and designated as “Excluded Trademarks.”

Examples of Excluded Trademarks in a sentence

• Subject to Section 6.1(c) , none of Sellers or their Affiliates are granting Purchaser a license to use, and neither Purchaser nor any of its Affiliates, including after the Closing, the Subsidiaries, shall have any right, title or interest in or to, the Excluded Trademarks after the Closing.

• Purchaser shall ensure that, from and after the Closing, no other stocks, goods, products, services or software are ordered, manufactured, produced or provided by or on behalf of Purchaser or any of his Affiliates, including the Subsidiaries showing, having marked thereon or using the Excluded Trademarks.
