Excluded Trademarks definition

Excluded Trademarks means the individual Trademark registrations (or applications for registrations) for the Core Trademark used either (a) in combination with an immaterial logo, design, word, slogan or other additional element or (b) in connection with immaterial goods and services, including each of the Trademark registrations and applications for registrations specified on Schedule 1.01(F).
