Brand Names definition

Brand Names means the trademark(s), service mark(▇) and/or logo(s) or other designations under which Products are marketed and promoted by MSS or a Third Party.
Brand Names means any name, word or phrase associated, created, or used by the Licensor in connection with or to identify the Intellectual Property and includes: (a) “Switch your thinking!”; (b) “A small change can make a big difference”; and (c) “Syt!”.
Brand Names mean trademark brand names Trademarked in the United States of America for the following Products: *****, or any new product that TMP may introduce in due course.

Examples of Brand Names in a sentence

  • Commodities, Groups, or Manufacturer or Brand Names may be removed at the sole discretion of the Department, per the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions herein or as permitted by Florida Statutes or Florida Administrative Code.

  • Each Original Participating Manufacturer certifies and represents that, except as provided in Exhibit R, it (or a wholly owned Affiliate) exclusively owns and controls in the States the Brand Names of those Cigarettes that it currently manufactures for sale (or sells) in the States and that it has the capacity to enter into an effective agreement concerning the sale or transfer of such Brand Names pursuant to this subsection XVIII(c).


More Definitions of Brand Names

Brand Names means the brand names set forth on Exhibit A.
Brand Names means (a) the following Trademarks: UTZ, ZAPP’S, DIRTY, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, GOOD HEALTH, GOLDEN FLAKE, BOULDER CANYON, TORTIYAHS, and SNIKIDDY, in each case either alone or in combination with other words, graphics, or designs, and any variation, derivative, translation, or transliteration thereof, (b) rights of publicity in the ▇▇▇ surname, and (c) any other Trademarks used by any ▇▇▇ Company as brand names across product lines in its operations as conducted on the Closing Date, in each case used by any ▇▇▇ Company in connection with the advertising, marketing, promotion, manufacture, offering for sale, sale, or distribution of salty snack foods.
Brand Names means the CAMPBELL’S, SWANSON, V8, PREGO, CHUNKY, CAMPBELL’S CHUNKY, CAMPBELL’S REAL STOCK. M’M M’M GOOD, PURPLE POWER, POWER BLEND, CAMPBELL’S COUNTRY LADLE, CAMPBELL’S WELL YES! and WAKE UP & SHAKE UP brands, as set forth on Exhibit B, and all applicable sub-brands associated with any of the foregoing.
Brand Names means the brand names used in respect of the Business or the Software but shall exclude the brand name “Eclipse” Business means the business relating to, or in any way connected to, the business carried on by the Vendor immediately prior to the Asset Sale and carried on by the Company as at the date of this Agreement involving the provision of consultancy, implementation, support and upgrade services and the licensing of the Software in verticals including the following:
Brand Names shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Asset Purchase Agreement.
