Trust Register and “Trust Registrar” have the meanings stated in Section 3.2 of the Trust Agreement.
Administrative Trustees shall have the meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.
Exchange Registration shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3(c) hereof.
Book-Entry Registration Settlement in "same-day" funds, to the extent practicable. REMIC residual certificates will not be issued in book-entry form, unless authorized by the Seller.
Definitive Trust Certificates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.
Registration Agency on labour standards shall mean the Industrial Training Branch, Ministry of Labour. "Registration Agency" for the apprentice as a student, covering related instruction.

Withdrawn Registration means a forfeited demand registration under Section 2.1 in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 2.4.

Outside Trustee With respect to an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the trustee under the applicable Outside Servicing Agreement.

Registration Rights Agreements means that certain Registration Rights Agreement dated as of the Closing Date by and between the Parent and Laurus and each other registration rights agreement by and between the Parent and Laurus, as each of the same may be amended, modified and supplemented from time to time.
Master Registration Agreement means the agreement of that sets out (among other things) the procedure for a supplier to Register a Supply Point;
Exchange and Registration Rights Agreement means (i) the Exchange and Registration Rights Agreement dated the Issue Date among the initial purchasers named therein and the Company, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time and (ii) any similar exchange and/or registration rights agreement entered into with respect to any Additional Securities, as any such agreement may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
Voting and Exchange Trust Agreement means an agreement to be made between Coors, Exchangeco and the Trustee in connection with the Plan of Arrangement substantially in the form and content of Exhibit E to the Combination Agreement, with such changes thereto as the parties to the Combination Agreement, acting reasonably, may agree.
Registration Data means certain personal and financial information that you are required to provide in order to download and use the Trading Platform and become our Client including Account Credentials, such information can include without limitation a copy of your passport, driving license and/or Photo identity card.
