Examples of Exemption Order in a sentence
If, subsequent to the issuance of an Exemption Order, the Secretary has reasonable grounds to believe that exemption from the reg- istration requirements in the par- ticular case is not in the public inter- est, the Secretary may, after issuing a notice and giving the respondent an op- portunity to request a hearing within fifteen days of receipt of the notice, terminate the exemption order.
The Company will assist the Board in carrying out its responsibilities under the Shared Funding Exemption Order, by providing the Board with all information reasonably necessary for the Board to consider any issues raised.
At least annually, and more frequently if deemed appropriate by the Board, the Company shall submit to the Adviser, and the Adviser shall at least annually submit to the Board, such reports, materials and data as the Board may reasonably request so that the Board may fully carry out the obligations imposed upon it by the conditions contained in the Shared Funding Exemption Order; and said reports, materials and data shall be submitted more frequently if deemed appropriate by the Board.

The Exemption Order exempts a qualifying person from payment of income tax on an ascertained amount of chargeable income derived from the business source in the basis period for a year of assessment, for the years of assessment 2017 and 2018 only.
