Exhibitor Terms and Conditions means the Exhibitor terms and conditions set out in this document.

  • The General Exhibitor Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted as legally binding after signature on the application form.

  • The Exhibitor Terms and Conditions must accompany the application.

  • By applying for sponsorship or exhibition space to the Conference, Applicant acknowledges that it has read and agrees to adhere to and be bound by all of the policies, terms, rules and regulations governing the exhibition set forth in the Sponsorship Prospectus (“Prospectus”), the Order, and the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), collectively integrated and referred to as the Agreement (“Agreement”).

  • Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.
