Existing 2013 Senior Notes Indenture definition

Existing 2013 Senior Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of July 15, 1993, among the U.S. Borrower, any U.S. Subsidiary Guarantors from time to time party thereto and the trustee therefor, as in effect on the Restatement Effective Date and as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Existing 2013 Senior Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of April 11, 2013, among the Issuer, as issuer, the Parent, as guarantor, and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as trustee, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Existing 2013 Senior Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of July 15, 1993, among the Borrower, any Subsidiary Guarantors from time to time party thereto and the trustee therefor, as in effect on the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date and as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Related to Existing 2013 Senior Notes Indenture

  • Existing Notes Indentures means, collectively, the Existing Senior Notes Indentures and the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes Indentures.

  • Note Indenture means the Note Indenture dated as of May 17, 2001, between the Note Issuer and the Note Trustee, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Existing Senior Notes means the Existing 2020 Senior Notes and the Existing 2021 Senior Notes, collectively.
