Existing ABL Credit Agreement means that certain ABL credit agreement, dated as of April 19, 2013, among Petco Animal Supplies, Inc., the lenders party thereto, Bank of America, N.A., (as successor to Credit Suisse AG) as administrative agent, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as collateral agent, and the subsidiaries of Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. from time to time party thereto, as amended by that certain First Amendment to the ABL Credit Agreement, dated as of November 21, 2014.
Existing Credit Agreement as defined in the recitals hereto.
Company Credit Agreement means the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of September 30, 2016, as amended from time to time, among the Company, the guarantors named therein, the lenders named therein, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent and collateral agent, and all pledge, security, guaranty and other agreements and documents related thereto.
Original Credit Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.
Second Lien Credit Agreement means the Second Lien Credit Agreement, dated as of the Original Closing Date, among Holdings, the Borrower, as borrower, the lenders party thereto and Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch, as administrative agent, as such document may be amended, renewed, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Existing Term Loan Credit Agreement means that certain Term Loan Credit Agreement, dated as of September 30, 2020, by and between the Borrower, as borrower thereunder, the Existing Term Loan Agent and the lenders from time to time party thereto as in effect on the Closing Date (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time) or any Permitted Refinancing thereof.

Credit Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
