Examples of Existing Library Programs in a sentence

  • Licensee is willing to accept and pay for the Existing Library Programs and Output Programs regardless of censorship regulations or the potential for same throughout the Territory or in any individual country or political subdivision within the Territory (or, with respect to PTV U.S., the U.S. Hispanic Market).

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0005% per annum.
