More Definitions of Existing Pole

Existing Pole means a Wireless Pole, or pole owned by an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier, Competitive Local Exchange Carrier, Electric Distribution Company or other company that is in lawful existence within the Municipal Right-of-Way. This term does not include a WT Compound, WT Equipment or WT Facilities as those terms are defined in Section 57-3 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of Morris.
