Existing Principal Shareholder means Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, together with Bright Unison Limited and other respective “person” or “group” subject to aggregation of the Company’s Common Equity with Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx under Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act.
