Existing Regulation definition

Existing Regulation means all such legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the provision of any Audit Service in the Abu Dhabi Global Market in force immediately prior to the Commencement Date and whether arising under the Companies Regulations, the Register of Auditors Rules, the RPB Rules or otherwise.
Existing Regulation means a regulation that was adopted by an agency no later than one year prior to the scheduled date of review, as provided in subsection (b) of section 4-189i;
