Existing Stream Agreements definition

Existing Stream Agreements means, collectively:
Existing Stream Agreements means (i) the second amended and restated gold purchase agreement dated as of August 2, 2016 between Wheaton Precious Metals International Ltd. (previously named Silver Wheaton (Caymans) Ltd.) and Vale Switzerland SA in respect of the Salobo mine located in Brazil; and (ii) the gold purchase agreement dated as of February 28, 2013 between Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. (previously named Silver Wheaton Corp.) and Vale Switzerland SA in respect of the Sudbury mines located in Canada, in each case as may be amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented, modified or superseded from time to time.
Existing Stream Agreements means this Agreement, the Palladium and Gold Stream and the Platinum Stream.
