Existing Trust Agreement definition

Existing Trust Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Existing Trust Agreement means the Trust Agreement dated as of June 1, 1997, as supplemented and amended by the First Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of September 15, 1999, the Second Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of October 1, 2007, the Third Supplemental Trust Agreement dated May 29, 2008, the Fourth Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of April 1, 2010, the Fifth Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of March 21, 2013, and the Sixth Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of March 20, 2018, each between the Authority and the Trustee.

Existing Trust Agreement is defined in the recitals of this Agreement.
