Users that are existing users (i.e. which have already paid a perpetual fee prior to the foregoing date; "Existing Users"), may be offered with a combination of such modes, at SysAid's discretion from time to time.
If in the future equipment is installed at the Building which interferes with the operation of the Rooftop Equipment, Tenant agrees to reasonably cooperate with such other user to resolve such interference in a mutually acceptable manner, subject to and in accordance with the rules of the FCC and the terms of any rights of Existing Users to operate new or revised equipment at the Building.

All Ticketed Events and other events for which Big Top contracts with parties (except the Existing Users or the City) for use of the Facility (“Big Top Events”) shall be of a nature that is intended to interest the general public and be consistent with the mission of the City’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry.
So long as Lessee is not in breach of this Agreement, Lessor shall not interfere with ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s use and quiet enjoyment of the New Lease Area, provided that continued use by Lessor or Existing Users in the same manner as existed as of the Commencement Date shall not constitute interference with ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s use or quiet enjoyment of the New Lease Area.

Big Top shall cooperate in good faith with the Existing Users in scheduling their games, and to make reasonable accommodations to their needs.
