Existing Users definition

Existing Users means the Shippers under the Existing Transportation Agreements, who, at the Lodgment Date, are Terra Gas Trader Pty Limited and Origin Energy Limited;
Existing Users means any person who uses the public right of way at the time and any person who might reasonably be expected to use it, considering its location and purpose832.

More Definitions of Existing Users

Existing Users means, following regulatory approval of the AID System and the JSC’s approval of a Commercialization Plan for a Launch Country, users of the AID System in such Launch Country as of the date of expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Related to Existing Users

  • Existing use means a use actually attained in a surface water of the state on or after November 28, 1975, whether or not it is a designated use.
