Exit Fee Side Letter definition

Exit Fee Side Letter means the side letter agreement, dated as of the date hereof, from Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. and accepted and agreed by Seller, as same may be amended, modified and/or restated from time to time.

  • Pricing Side Letter means that certain letter agreement between Buyer and Seller, dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
