Exit Period definition

Exit Period means the period during which the Contractor is to provide Exit Assistance at the YOI pursuant to paragraph 5.2 (Effective Date of Termination and Expiry);
Exit Period means any period of notice to terminate this Agreement which has been given under clause 23 or , where such notice has not been given before twelve (12) months prior to the expiry of the Grant Period (or, if applicable, the Extended Grant Period), the twelve (12) month period prior to the expiry of the Grant Period or Extended Grant Period (as applicable);

  • Except as otherwise extended by approval of the JV Shareholders in accordance with the terms of the JV Agreement, the Joint Venture will have a duration of eight years commencing from (and inclusive of) the date of its establishment, of which the first five years represent the Investment Period and the remaining three years represent the Exit Period.

  • During the Exit Period, a management fee (inclusive of tax) is calculated based on 1.2% per annum of the total carrying (at cost) amount (deducting any investment amount written-off) of the investments of the Joint Venture not yet realised.


More Definitions of Exit Period

Exit Period means the six (6) month period, or such shorter period of not less than three (3) months as the Trustee may direct, following the date on which this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Clause 11;
