Expanded Use Programme definition

Expanded Use Programme is a verification process which involves PayPal charging you a Card Confirmation Fee to your credit card. You must then log into your Account and enter the four-digit number which will appear on your credit card statement and which is associated with the Card Confirmation Fee (see Schedule 1).
