Expected Amortization Profile definition

Expected Amortization Profile means the expected amortization schedule based on the sum (without duplication of clause (ii)) of (i) any outstanding Advance and (ii) any Advance that has been requested pursuant to Section 2.4.

More Definitions of Expected Amortization Profile

Expected Amortization Profile means (i) in the case of the Revolving Advances as of the initial Borrowing Date, the expected amortization schedule on a refinancing of such Revolving Advances as reflected on Exhibit Q hereto and (ii) in the case of the Revolving Advances as of any other date of determination on a refinancing of such Revolving Advances as determined by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower and determined using the same methodology as reflected in Exhibit Q hereto with respect to the initial Revolving Advances.
Expected Amortization Profile means the expected amortization schedule of the Aggregate Outstanding Advances, for the period (a) through and including the Facility Maturity Date and (b) following the Facility Maturity Date (under the assumption of full amortization for the period following the Facility Maturity Date), based on the sum (without duplication of clause (ii)) of (i) any outstanding Advance and (ii) any Advance that has been requested pursuant to Section 2.4, as set forth in the Advance Model.
Expected Amortization Profile means, as of any date of determination, the expected amortization schedule of the Advances set forth in the Advance Model. “Expense Claim” has the meaning set forth in Section 10.21. “Facility” means this Agreement together with all other Transaction Documents. “FATCA” means Sections 1471 through 1474 of the Internal Revenue Code, as of the date of this Agreement (or any amended or successor version that is substantively comparable and not materially more onerous to comply with), any current or future regulations or official interpretations thereof, any agreements entered into pursuant to Section 1471(b)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code, and any intergovernmental agreements between the United States and another country which modify the provisions of the foregoing. “Fee Letter” means the Upfront Fee Letter between the Borrower and each Lender, dated as of February 16, 2024.

  • Expected Amortization Schedule means, with respect to any Tranche, the expected amortization schedule related thereto set forth in the Series Supplement.

  • Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.

  • Rapid Amortization Period means the Amortization Period commencing on the Pay Out Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the Series 2001-D Termination Date and (b) the termination of the Trust pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Agreement.

  • Negative Amortization That portion of interest accrued at the Note Rate in any month which exceeds the Monthly Payment on the related Mortgage Loan for such month and which, pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note, is added to the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan.

  • Rapid Amortization Event has the meaning given to it in Section 5.16.

  • Managed Amortization Period means the period from the Closing Date to the Rapid Amortization Commencement Date.

  • Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, or any Class within a Series, a period following the Revolving Period during which principal is distributed to Investor Certificateholders, which shall be the controlled amortization period, the principal amortization period, the rapid amortization period, or other amortization period, in each case as defined with respect to such Series in the related Supplement.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Debt Service Reduction Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that became the subject of a Debt Service Reduction.

  • Amortization Payment Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Projected Recovery Amount means, as of the Termination Date, the aggregate amount of subsequent recoveries, net of expenses and credits, projected to be received on the Reference Pool, calculated based on a formula to be derived by Fannie Mae from the actual net recovery experience for the Reference Pool during the 30-month period immediately preceding the Termination Date, plus any additional amount determined by Fannie Mae in its sole discretion to be appropriate for purposes of the foregoing projection in light of then-current market conditions. Information regarding the formula and results of the related calculations will be provided to Holders through Payment Date statements in advance of the Termination Date. In the absence of manifest error, Fannie Mae's determination of the Projected Recovery Amount will be final.

  • Amortization Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the Commitment Termination Date, (ii) the declaration or automatic occurrence of the Amortization Date pursuant to Section 7.03 and (iii) that Business Day which the Borrower designates as the Amortization Date by notice to the Administrative Agent at least five (5) Business Days prior to such Business Day.

  • Overcollateralization Reduction Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Excess Overcollateralization Amount is, after taking into account all other distributions to be made on such Distribution Date, greater than zero, the Overcollateralization Reduction Amount shall be equal to the lesser of (i) the Excess Overcollateralization Amount for that Distribution Date and (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date.

  • Aggregate Overcollateralization Release Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for each Mortgage Pool for such Distribution Date and (y) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Overcollateralization Amount for such date, calculated for this purpose on the basis of the assumption that 100% of the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for such Distribution Date is applied on such date in reduction of the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates, exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Amortisation Yield means the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) used to calculate the Amortised Nominal Amount of a Zero Coupon Note, in accordance with the provisions of Condition 7.5.1.

  • S&P Recovery Rate With respect to a Collateral Obligation, the recovery rate set forth in Section 1 of Schedule 4 using the Initial Rating of the most senior Class of Secured Notes Outstanding at the time of determination.

  • REO Principal Amortization With respect to any REO Property, for any calendar month, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate of all amounts received in respect of such REO Property during such calendar month, whether in the form of rental income, sale proceeds (including, without limitation, that portion of the Termination Price paid in connection with a purchase of all of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties pursuant to Section 9.01 that is allocable to such REO Property) or otherwise, net of any portion of such amounts (i) payable pursuant to Section 3.23(c) in respect of the proper operation, management and maintenance of such REO Property or (ii) payable or reimbursable to the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.23(d) for unpaid Servicing Fees in respect of the related Mortgage Loan and unreimbursed Servicing Advances and P&I Advances in respect of such REO Property or the related Mortgage Loan, over (b) the REO Imputed Interest in respect of such REO Property for such calendar month.
