Intergovernmental agreements. Charter School shall adhere to all intergovernmental agreements entered into between the Board and other governmental entities under Wis. Stat. § 66.0301, unless specifically exempted from adherence to such agreement(s) by the Board.

A Party shall, before taking a measure under an intergovernmental agreement on an agricultural good under Article XX(h) of the GATT that may affect trade in an agricultural good between the Parties, consult with the other Parties to avoid nullifying or impairing a concession granted by that Party in its Schedule.

4.3.1 Yale First Nation may enter into agreements with Local Governments, including a comprehensive agreement with the Fraser Valley Regional District that sets out principles, procedures and guidelines in respect of their intergovernmental relationship, including:
a. delivery and payment for programs or services on Yale First Nation Land or to residents on Yale First Nation Land;
b. harmonization of land use and taxation; and
c. a process for dispute resolution.
4.3.2 On the Effective Date, any contractual service agreement between the Fraser Valley Regional District and Yale Band in effect immediately before the Effective Date will remain in effect until it is renegotiated or terminated.
