Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.
MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.
Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.
Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.
Volumetric Production Payments means production payment obligations recorded as deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.
Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.
Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.
Barrel means forty-two (42) United States gallons of 231 cubic inches of sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60ºF) and equilibrium vapor pressure.
Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.
average consumption means the average consumption by a customer of a municipal service during a specific period, which consumption is calculated by dividing by three the total measured consumption of that service by that customer over the preceding three months;
Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.
Supply Period means the period commencing on the Supply Period Start Date and terminating on the Termination Date.
Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.
Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.
Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.
Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.
Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.
Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.
MWh means megawatt-hour.
Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to

Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.
Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.
Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.
Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
