Examples of Expense Award in a sentence

  • Any order or proceeding relating to the Fee and Expense Award, or any appeal from any such order, shall not operate to modify or cancel this Settlement Agreement, or affect or delay the finality of the judgment approving the Settlement.

  • The District Court will also be asked to approve the proposed Plan of Allocation and the Fee and Expense Award.

  • If the Court declines to approve the Settlement, no Fee and Expense Award shall be paid.

  • A modification or reversal on appeal of any amount of the Fee and Expense Award shall not be deemed a modification of the terms of this Settlement Agreement or final approval order, and shall not give rise to any right of termination.

  • No order of the Court or modification or reversal on appeal of any order of the Court concerning any Fee and Expense Award or the Distribution Plan shall constitute grounds for termination of this Agreement.

  • Two laboratories did not test the panel within the required 14 days and a further four laboratories did not report within 14 days.

  • Any Settlement Class Member who does not provide a timely written objection or who does not make a record of his or her objection at the Final Approval Hearing shall be deemed to have waived any objection and shall forever be foreclosed from making any objection to the fairness, reasonableness, or adequacy of the proposed Settlement, Fee and Service Awards Application, or the Fee and Expense Award or Service Awards.

Related to Expense Award

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.

  • Performance Cash Award means an award of cash granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(ii).

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Cash Award means an award denominated in cash.

  • Award means, individually or collectively, a grant under the Plan of Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, Performance Units or Performance Shares.

  • Bonus Award means a bonus award made pursuant to Section 9.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant with respect to a Performance Award.

  • Appreciation Award means any Award under this Plan of any Stock Option, Stock Appreciation Right or Other Stock-Based Award, provided that such Other Stock-Based Award is based on the appreciation in value of a share of Common Stock in excess of an amount equal to at least the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the date such Other Stock-Based Award is granted.

  • Other Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Stock Award grant. Each Other Stock Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Bonus Stock Award means an award of Bonus Stock under this Plan.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Appreciation Right means a right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan, and shall include both Tandem Appreciation Rights and Free-Standing Appreciation Rights.

  • Other Stock Unit Award means any right granted to a Participant by the Committee pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • LTIP Award means each or any, as the context requires, LTIP Award issued under any Equity Incentive Plan.

  • Section 162(m) Award means a Performance Award granted under Section 6(k)(i) to a Covered Employee that is intended to satisfy the requirements for “performance-based compensation” within the meaning of Section 162(m).

  • Performance Unit Award means an Award granted under Article XI of the Plan under which, upon the satisfaction of predetermined Performance Goals, a cash payment shall be made to the Holder, based on the number of Units awarded to the Holder.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).

  • Deferred Stock Award means Awards granted pursuant to Section 8.

  • Phantom Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Phantom Stock Award.

  • Restricted Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Final Award means, in the context of this Request for Proposals and all its attendant documents, that point at which the final required signature on the contract(s) resulting from the procurement has been affixed to the contract(s) thus making it fully executed.

  • Unit Award means a grant of a Unit that is not subject to a Restricted Period.

  • Other Stock Award means an award based in whole or in part by reference to the Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(d).
