Examples of Expense Award in a sentence
No order of the Court or modification or reversal on appeal of any order of the Court concerning the Plan of Allocation or any Fee and Expense Award shall operate to terminate or cancel this Stipulation or constitute grounds for cancellation or termination of this Stipulation.
No order of the Court or modification or reversal on appeal of any such order of the Court concerning the Plan of Allocation, the Fee and Expense Award, or the Plaintiffs’ Service Award shall constitute grounds for cancellation or termination of the Stipulation.
At or after the Settlement Hearing, Lead Counsel also shall request that the Court approve the proposed Plan of Allocation and the Fee and Expense Award and, if requested, the Plaintiffs’ Service Award.
The Released Defendant Parties shall not have any liability, obligation, or responsibility for the payment of Claims, any Fee and Expense Award, Notice and Administration Expenses, Taxes and Tax Expenses, legal fees, or any other expenses payable from the Settlement Fund.
The Fee and Expense Award shall be paid to Lead Counsel from the Settlement Fund, as ordered, immediately following entry of an order by the Court granting such award.
The Released Defendant Parties shall have no responsibility for, and no liability whatsoever with respect to, the allocation among Lead Plaintiff’s Counsel and/or any other Person who may assert some claim thereto, of any Fee and Expense Award that the Court may make in the Litigation.
The Fee and Expense Award, as approved by the Court, shall be paid solely from the Settlement Fund to an account designated by Class Lead Counsel within thirty (30) days after the granting of the Fee and Expense Award.
It may be disbursed during the pendency of any appeals which may be taken from the judgment to be entered by the Court finally approving this Settlement Agreement and/or approving the Fee and Expense Award.
If the Court declines to approve the Settlement, no Fee and Expense Award shall be paid.
Any Current Cocrystal Stockholder who wishes to object to the fairness, reasonableness, or adequacy of the Settlement as set forth in the Stipulation, or to the Fee and Expense Award, may file with the Court a written objection.
