Examples of the award in a sentence
The Award is a one-time benefit that creates no contractual or other right to further awards or other future benefits.
The Award Holder hereby expressly agrees that in connection with the enforcement of the Clawback Policy, the Corporation shall have the right to reduce, cancel, or withhold against outstanding, unvested, vested, or future cash or equity-based compensation owed or due to the Award Holder that is subject to such policy, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
The Award shall vest at the end of the 3-year performance period, beginning as of January 1, 202_ and ending on December 31, 202_ (the “Performance Period”).
The Award Shares shall be transferred on death of the Holder by bequest or by operation of the laws of descent and distribution.
The Award shall be paid from the general funds of the Company and the Executive shall be no more than unsecured general creditors of the Company with no special or prior right to any assets of the Company (or an Affiliate) for payment of any obligations hereunder.
