Examples of the award in a sentence
The Award Agreement may be amended or modified by the Committee, including amendments and modifications that may affect the tax status of the Award, provided that such action may not, without the consent of Grantee, impair any rights of Grantee under the Award Agreement.
The Award Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
The Award shall be nontransferable and shall not be assignable, alienable, saleable, or otherwise transferable by Grantee other than by will or the laws of descent and distribution or pursuant to a “domestic relations order” (as defined in Code Section 414(p)(1)(B)).
The Award shall be disbursed at the times and in the amounts based on Recipient’s achievement of certain milestones, all of which are detailed in Exhibit A attached hereto (each a “Milestone” and all Milestones collectively as the “Project”).
