Expense Escrow Agent definition

Expense Escrow Agent is defined in Section 1.13(f).
Expense Escrow Agent shall have the meaning defined in Section 2.9(b).
Expense Escrow Agent means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, or its successor under the Expense Escrow Agreement.
