Expense Escrow Agreement definition

Expense Escrow Agreement is defined in Section 1.13(f).
Expense Escrow Agreement means the Expense Escrow Agreement to be entered into at the Closing between the Member Representative and the Expense Escrow Agent, in such form as shall be agreed to by such parties prior to the Effective Date.
