Expense Recovery Period definition

Expense Recovery Period means every twelve month period during the Term (or portion thereof for the first and last lease years) commencing July 1 and ending June 30.

Related to Expense Recovery Period

  • Recovery Period means the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Company is required to prepare the accounting restatement described in this Policy, all as determined pursuant to Rule 10D-1, and any transition period of less than nine months that is within or immediately following such three fiscal years.

  • Applicable Recovery Period means the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the Restatement Date for a Financial Restatement.   • Data Loss Event means any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Contractor under this Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach.
