EXPERIENCE REBATE PERIOD definition

EXPERIENCE REBATE PERIOD means each period within the Contract Period related to the calculations and settlements of Experience Rebates to HHSC described in Section 13.2. The Contract Period consists of the following Experience Rebate Periods: - September 1, 1999 through August 31, 2001 (1st Experience Rebate Period) - September 1, 2001 through August 31, 2002 (2nd Experience Rebate Period) - September 1, 2002 through August 31, 2003 (3rd Experience Rebate Period)"

  • Experience period means the most recent period of time for which experience is reported, but not for a period longer than three (3) full years. (7-1-93)

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Such service platforms can be Service Switching Points (SSPs) or other network nodes capable of properly formatting and launching Queries.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.

  • Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.

  • Year means a calendar year.

  • PEA Period means the period commencing at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately prior to the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement), and ending at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately following, the effective date of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement).

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.

  • Weekly Reporting Period means any period (a) during which any Default or any Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, or (b) that constitutes a Minimum Availability Period; provided that if the circumstances described in clause (a) or (b), as applicable, shall occur and cease to exist twice during any calendar year, then any subsequent Weekly Reporting Period occurring during such calendar year shall continue through the end of such calendar year.

  • Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.

  • Distribution Compliance Period with respect to any Notes, means the period of 40 consecutive days beginning on and including the later of (i) the day on which such Notes are first offered to Persons other than distributors (as defined in Regulation S under the Securities Act) in reliance on Regulation S and (ii) the issue date with respect to such Notes.
